Gaylon's extensive experience as a special educator has equipped her with valuable insights into the needs of individuals, and now, as a real estate investor, she's leveraging her expertise to address the critical issue of housing insecurity. Founding Pronoia Place demonstrates Gaylon's focus on offering resources and guidance to help residents build the skills they need to achieve their personal goals, while fostering independence, resilience, and long-term success for individuals seeking to create brighter, more self-sufficient futures.

Gaylon & Monica teamed up to find innovative solutions to remove barriers that contribute to housing insecurity, particularly for individuals who benefit from independent shared living arrangements. By combining their expertise and passion they are working together to create accessible housing options that foster stability. Their efforts aim to ensure residents have opportunities to thrive in supportive environments, free from obstacles that hinder housing security & helping residents rebuild their lives with dignity.

Monica is an enthusiastic supporter of the community and has demonstrated unwavering allegiance to the project. She has a strong resolve to achieve her goals. With over three decades of experience in accounting, sales, and marketing, Monica excels in client management and building strong relationships. Her adaptability and strategic mindset drive positive outcomes and continuous growth. Monica's commitment to providing tangible solutions is combined with a deep sense of empathy for those in need.
