Pronoia Place is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Shared Independent Living Solutions that foster well-being and stability. Directors Gaylon Pearson, Amy Kelly, and Monica Cavanary, bring extensive experience and a shared vision aimed at alleviating housing challenges for individuals.

Gaylon Sue Pearson

Gaylon's extensive experience as a special educator has equipped her with valuable insights into the needs of individuals, and now, as a real estate investor, she's leveraging her expertise to address the critical issue of housing insecurity. Founding Pronoia Place demonstrates Gaylon's unwavering commitment to providing tangible solutions to those in need. By offering safe and affordable transitional housing, she's creating a supportive environment where individuals facing difficulties can rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.

Amy Kelly

Working as a registered nurse for over 25 years, Amy is a passionate advocate for community well-being and a dedicated force for positive change. Amy is committed to service and strives to ensure that every individual in our community has access to safe, affordable housing.  Her compassion for individuals with special or difficult situations drives the mission for creative and supportive housing solutions.

Monica Cavanary

Monica is an enthusiastic supporter of the community and has demonstrated unwavering allegiance to the project. She has a strong resolve to achieve her goals. With over three decades of experience in accounting, sales, and marketing, Monica excels in client management and building strong relationships. Her adaptability and strategic mindset drive positive outcomes and continuous growth, combined with a deep sense of sympathy for those in need.
